📋 Description

  • Provide one-to-one behavioral intervention for children with neurodevelopmental differences using
  • Support families and collaborate with BCBA/BT leadership to design and deliver care plans.
  • Engage in 1:1 and group sessions, implementing evidence-based strategies.
  • Document progress and treatment data to inform goals and treatment adaptation.
  • Adhere to Cortica’s crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting when needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with children (autism experience a plus).
  • Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
  • High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s preferred for growth opportunities.
  • Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
  • Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborative, strength-based approach and strong communication with families.
