BI Analyst Leader

📋 Description

• Lead business performance analysis across products.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops and Growth to extract insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Track KPIs across funnels, transactions, and product usage.
• Conduct competitive analysis in cross-border space.
• Communicate findings and strategy to stakeholders in English.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in business analysis; 3+ years in Internet/cross-border products.
• Strong understanding of cross-border product models.
• SQL, Excel, and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Experience with Python or R for modeling or stats is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; simplify data for executives.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, decentralized environments.
• Experience cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing.
