🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading analytics or data teams with mentoring.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on with Power BI (modeling, semantic layer) and dashboarding.
• SQL and ETL tooling like Alteryx; data platforms such as Databricks.
• Experience with BI products or enterprise-scale data initiatives.
