Bid Manager 6-Month Contract

📋 Description

• Manage bid process from RFx receipt to submission
• Write proposals for AGS MSP, services procurement, and related offerings
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, and operations to shape win themes
• Build pitch decks with the pitch development team as needed
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver compelling, differentiated offers
• Ensure output aligns with client requirements and brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years proposal writing experience
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline discipline
• Experience coordinating input from diverse stakeholders
• Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint; competent Excel
• Experience with proposal automation tools (e.g., Loopio) and Salesforce
