📋 Description

• Identify cross-business synergy opportunities within the KGL ecosystem.
• Initiate cross-functional synergy projects leveraging Big Data assets.
• Organize and align internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, present and defend project concepts and business cases.
• Evaluate feasibility, impact and implementation options.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from planning to launch and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in project management, product management, business development or consulting.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Agile/Scrum delivery understanding and cross-functional models.
• Understanding Big Data, AI/ML and/or customer data platforms.
• Ability to transform ideas into structured initiatives and business cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
