Bilingual Customer Support Representative

📋 Description

• Provide inbound/outbound support to retailers via phone, chat, and email for lease or loan
• Own Koalafi operational knowledge to answer merchant questions accurately.
• Perform back-office tasks like funding and report generation to ensure high-quality merchant
• Maintain merchant confidence through the entire financing process with excellent service.
• Build ongoing relationships with stores and make outbound calls when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a fully remote, customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience identifying trends in customer issues and surfacing insights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word)
• Experience using Slack, Zoom, or similar tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong prioritization
