🎯 Requirements

1+ year in account management, sales, or business development; automotive lending/finance preferred.
2+ years’ professional growth in most recent role.
Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance valued.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; build trusted relationships.
Analytical mindset to spot opportunities and pivot strategies.
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) preferred.
