🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Psychology with a valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional).
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of direct CBT clinical practice.
• Advanced English level (C1/C2) for therapy and reports.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work fast under pressure to meet 24-hour SLAs.
