📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing.
• Engage in outreach at locations and events to generate leads and assist with applications.
• Inform and educate potential members about Oportun’s services during outreach efforts.
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and presentable; use iPads for applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Willing to work weekends with rotating schedules; reliable attendance.
• Available to work outdoors during outreach activities; ability to travel within ordinary commute.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment; able to lift up to 25 pounds.
