• Provide warm, quality member service in store and community outreach.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive lending and financial services.
• Process transactions in compliance with company policies while protecting member information.
• Engage with customers to drive outreach and inform about products and services.
• Coordinate with teams to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Utilize outreach activities to connect with local communities.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, enjoy speaking with people.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule; schedules set biweekly.
• Willing to travel between designated locations within ordinary commute distance.
• Regular, reliable attendance for store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round for outreach opportunities.
