📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach activities at stores and in the community, 50%+ of time.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members, including prospective members through outreach.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules; reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors and identify new sales opportunities.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds; basic computer skills; operate office equipment
