🎯 Requirements

5+ years as an Immigration Paralegal
2+ years handling U.S. employment-based immigration
Experience with H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5 filings
Knowledge of employment-based immigration processes
Experience responding to Evidence requests
Fluency in English and Spanish
