  • Prepare, organize, and support U.S. immigration petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1A
  • Compile supporting documentation and ensure case materials are accurate, complete, and properly
  • Assist with responses to Requests for Evidence and other government requests by gathering and
  • Communicate directly with clients in English and Spanish to collect case information, clarify
  • Draft legal forms, support letters, correspondence, and other immigration-related documentation
  • Track case deadlines, milestones, and required actions to ensure timely progress across multiple

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal, preferably supporting
  • At least 2 years of direct experience handling U.S. employment-based immigration cases for U.S.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting successful H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, and EB-5 filings.
  • Strong knowledge of employment-based U.S. immigration processes, petition requirements, supporting
  • Experience responding to Requests for Evidence and coordinating documentation for complex
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and
