Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

📋 Description

• Prepare and support U.S. immigration petitions (H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5).
• Compile documentation and ensure materials are accurate and complete.
• Assist with RFEs and government requests with organized docs.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to gather case info.
• Draft legal forms, support letters, and related docs accurately.
• Track deadlines and keep digital case files updated.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years immigration paralegal experience, preferably in US law firms.
• 2+ years handling employment-based US immigration cases.
• Experience with H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5 filings.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration processes and documentation.
• Experience responding to RFEs and coordinating docs for complex cases.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate with clients in both.
