Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

📋 Description

• Support U.S. immigration petitions across H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5.
• Compile, organize, and ensure accuracy of case materials.
• Respond to Requests for Evidence and gov't requests by gathering docs.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish for case info and updates.
• Draft legal forms, support letters, and immigration docs accurately.
• Track deadlines and manage multiple matters with confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years as an Immigration Paralegal, preferably with U.S.-based firms.
• At least 2 years handling U.S. employment-based immigration cases for U.S. clients.
• Proven success with H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5 filings.
• Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and documentation.
• Experience responding to RFEs and coordinating docs for complex matters.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with clear client communication.
