Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

📋 Description

• Prepare U.S. immigration petitions (H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5)
• Compile and organize case materials for filings
• Respond to RFEs and government requests
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish
• Draft forms, support letters, and docs
• Track deadlines and manage digital files

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Immigration Paralegal
• 2+ years in employment-based immigration matters
• Experience supporting H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5
• Strong English/Spanish written and verbal skills
• Proficient with MyCase or similar software
• MS Office 365, Teams, OneDrive
