📋 Description

• Welcome members with warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work as part of a team or independently while exceeding daily goals in lending/servicing activities.
• Engage in outreach activities at locations and events to inform about Oportun’s services.
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes during outreach.
• Maintain a presentable store and assist with light housekeeping as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, enjoy speaking with people.
• Willing to help members and prospective members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules; maintain reliable attendance.
• Ability to travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commute.
• Be a role model for Oportun’s Core Values.
