Bilingual Mental Health Therapist- Maryland

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical intakes and assessments
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other team members
• Support parents/caregivers through education and care coordination
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
