🎯 Requirements

Proven 3+ years’ experience as an Operations Manager, Customer Support Manager, Customer Success
Bilingual English, both written and spoken (C2/C1 Level).
Experience with Meta Ads Paid Media platform (desired).
Leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
Strong customer support, escalation handling, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written communication and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
