📋 Description

• Support the full sales cycle by providing technical guidance and designing networking solutions.
• Partner with account managers to develop strategies and drive technical success.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand goals and modernization priorities.
• Conduct technical assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design end-to-end networking solutions across wired/wireless, routing, SD-WAN, security, and
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to technical teams and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and French.
• 3–5 years in presales, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of campus networks, wireless, routing, WAN; experience with SD-WAN, SASE, Zero
• Ability to conduct technical discovery sessions and align solutions to business outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
