Customer Care Specialist will support customers via remote channels from Allen, TX.
Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
Explain credit bureau processes and guide customers on steps to request corrections.
Receive requests, determine needed support, and forward to appropriate teams as needed.
Handle escalated customer issues.

🎯 Requirements

You must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of 701 Experian Parkway Allen, TX.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of customer service experience
Comfort using a computer for operations
