Bilingual Sr. Corporate Loan Processor

📋 Description

• Guide residential loan files from documentation through underwriting
• Interact with borrowers, loan officers, vendors, and branches
• Manage a pipeline of loans with SLAs and target funding
• Ensure regulatory and disclosure accuracy throughout process
• Collaborate across teams to keep transactions moving
• Support Spanish/English communication with customers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, Regulation B
• Experience with Encompass or similar LOS
• Working knowledge of DU/LP, Outlook, Windows
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
