📋 Description

• Handle billing processes, generate and send invoices.
• Ensure timely processing of billing adjustments and credits.
• Monitor the billing and A/R inboxes; respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Apply customer deposits daily; ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile customer accounts and report A/R status.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
• 1-3 years of billing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate MS Excel, including pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
