Generate and issue invoices using NetSuite.
Process and apply customer payments; reconcile discrepancies.
Collaborate with Sales to review accounts and orders via Salesforce.
Assist Accounts Receivable with inquiries and collections.
Support month-end/year-end close and AR reporting.
Identify process improvements for billing efficiencies while ensuring policy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years in accounts receivable, billing, or similar role.
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.
Experience with NetSuite; Salesforce experience preferred.
