Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee the billing process for Bloomerang customers
• Set up new accounts and resolve billing issues
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and account managers
• Manage upgrades, cancellations, payments, and refunds
• Move through multiple billing systems and the Salesforce CRM
• Participate in projects to improve billing quality and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in billing or accounts receivable
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to pivot and multi-task effectively
• Excellent communication; able to give and receive feedback
• Positive attitude and interest in nonprofit impact
