Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end billing processes for Fleetworthy customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Ensure billings are complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or
• 3-5 years of billing/billing operations experience
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP; ERP familiarity preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel; ability to analyze data and produce reports
• Excellent customer service and cross-functional collaboration abilities
