Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end billing process on the Revenue team.
• Invoicing accuracy, payments collected, and accounts reconciled.
• Manage Stripe-based recurring billing, refunds, disputes, and gateway operations.
• Automate processes and build billing/payment reports using AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Billing Specialist, AR Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on Stripe experience (dashboard, subscriptions, API tools).
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical skills; expert in Excel or Google Sheets (Workday a plus).
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows.
