BIM Co-ordinator (Structures)

📋 Description

• Govern digital project information across complex multidisciplinary programs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and site teams for accurate, buildable
• Lead BIM governance, QA, and information management practices across CDE platforms.
• Focus on LOD 400 and LOD 500 deliverables and handover readiness.
• Support remote/global project teams to reduce clashes and improve quality.
• Provide training on BIM workflows, ISO 19650, and CDE processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP or equivalent.
• 10–15 years in Buildings BIM with 5+ years in construction-stage coordination (GCC/Middle East
• 2+ years supporting digital delivery on complex projects.
• Expert-level Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), strong Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, information management, CDE administration, and BIM governance.
• Experience with model federation, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination (Navisworks
