BIM Specialist (Electrical Systems Modeling)

📋 Description

• Lead the modeling, integration and coordination of electrical systems for Starship and Super Heavy
• Develop, maintain, and upgrade 3D BIM models of electrical systems (power, control, data, wiring
• Coordinate 3D model placement of electrical systems with Responsible Engineers and other
• Generate construction documents, quantity takeoffs, visualizations and as-built drawings from BIM
• Ensure end-to-end integration and ownership of electrical documentation and BIM standards.
• Support electrical BIM reviews, clash detection and constructability for large-scale projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• 1+ years in 3D drafting or BIM modeling and with electrical systems.
• Proficiency with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Electrical, NX, SolidWorks).
• Experience with clash detection, federated modeling and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Experience drafting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings with
• Experience modeling electrical systems in industrial environments and strong communication skills.
