Blasting & Coating Technician - Full-Time On Site

📋 Description

• Perform abrasive blasting operations to remove corrosion, coatings, scale, and contaminants from
• Prepare surfaces for coating applications in accordance with project specifications and industry
• Apply industrial coatings, epoxies, urethanes, primers, and specialty protective coatings using
• Inspect surface preparation and coating applications for compliance with quality requirements
• Measure and document coating thickness using dry film thickness gauges and other inspection
• Mix, handle, and store blasting media, paints, coatings, and related materials per manufacturer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in abrasive blasting or protective coatings applications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Experience operating blasting and coating equipment in industrial environments
• Forklift, aerial lift, rigging, and crane qualification (or ability to obtain)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong safety mindset
