Audit VPP IoT data feeds and implement Chainlink or equivalent proof-of-reserve systems
Design and deploy mint/burn vault (ERC-20/ERC-721) on-chain
Build smart contract architecture for kWh → token conversion
Lead security audit (CertiK or equivalent) and gas optimization
Hire and mentor Solidity developers to build and maintain the platform
Integrate with Hong Kong payment rails and compliance systems

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in blockchain engineering; 3+ years in RWA/DeFi/Institutional platforms
Shipped RWA vault with real-world asset backing
Expert in Solidity/Rust, Hardhat, Foundry, and Chainlink oracles
Experience with IoT → on-chain data pipelines
Fluent in Mandarin (daily syncs with engineering team)
Eligible to work in Hong Kong
