📋 Description

• Lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service across branches
• Drive branch success through sales experience and leadership
• Budgets, sales, and market penetration responsibilities
• Recruit and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents
• Oversee vehicle fleet, operational tasks, and efficient workflows
• Ensure premium customer service, handle complaints, and optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years sales/customer service experience; 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong supervisory and communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or in the future
• At least 18 years old; valid driver's license with clean record; ability to work day/evening shifts
