Brand Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the visual design direction across marketing
• Develop and maintain brand systems, templates, and visuals
• Own Bland's marketing website end-to-end
• Design in code within the custom codebase
• Build and evolve the brand system for consistency
• Collaborate with product marketing and engineers to unify the brand

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional design taste and typography sense
• Strong foundation in traditional design principles and systems
• Technical curiosity; comfortable navigating frontend code
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, or similar
• AI-native tools experience (Claude Code) a plus
• Ability to own and fix design issues without waiting for specs
