📋 Description

• Brand & Content Design: Own end-to-end design across campaigns, product launches, and
• Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop narrative-driven visual concepts and evolve design
• Operational Autonomy: Independently manage production lifecycle—from scoping to delivery—with
• Collaboration & Agency Management: Partner with internal/external teams to ensure consistent
• Team Leadership & Innovation: Lead creative on high-visibility projects and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in brand design (agency + in-house)
• Robust portfolio across digital, motion, and collateral
• Design mastery in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; fluency in AI design tools
• Brand System Expertise: extend design systems and crafting high-level creative direction
• Production Independence: manage end-to-end projects with external partners
• Operational Agility & Collaborative Mindset: handle multiple projects with cross-team
