• 0–2 years of relevant experience. Internships, campus organizations, student agencies, freelance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written communication and the ability to turn inputs into easy-to-follow outputs.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, shared documents, and project-management tools, or the ability to learn
• Curiosity about why marketing works and an interest in learning across brand, creative
• Proactive mindset and willingness to move things forward when unclear or missing.
