• Establish Sierra's brand presence in EMEA as the region's first dedicated designer.
• Localise global campaigns for EMEA with cultural and linguistic nuance.
• Design and produce presentations for GTM, turning ideas into visuals.
• Support regional marketing events from concept to execution.
• Partner with regional Marketing leads to translate needs into on-brand design.
• Operate as a core member of the US brand design team across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years driving brand design for global B2B, B2C, SaaS, and AI products.
• Regional Expertise in localising campaigns for EMEA.
• Presentation Design chops with Google Slides and Keynote.
• Strong Execution Skills for branding across channels.
• Great Collaboration across time zones with cross-functional teams.
• Creative Proficiency across Keynote, Google Slides, Adobe, and Figma.
