🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with strong academic track record.
• Up to 7 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Experience in commercial roles, business development, marketing, or partnerships.
• Strong technical understanding with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, able to turn ideas into execution.
