Brokerage Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day brokerage operations for Savvy's broker-dealer
• Ensure seamless trade execution, reconciliation, and compliance
• Collaborate with Investment Operations, Compliance, and Fidelity's clearing team
• Scale trading workflows as volume grows; leverage AI tools
• Manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced startup

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in investment banking, consulting, or fintech startups
• High attention to detail; comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong process orientation; build SOPs and controls
• Comfortable partnering across Ops/Compliance/Legal/Product/Engineering
• Comfort using AI/automation tools to reduce manual work
• Experience at a high-growth fintech or building ops from scratch
