Shape the affiliate technology roadmap, portfolio, and investments
Ensure reliable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of BTS capabilities
Drive digital transformation and adoption of enterprise solutions
Build stakeholder relationships across a matrix organization
Lead and develop the local BTS team and support organizational change

🎯 Requirements

In-depth experience in business and/or BTS
Strong leadership in complex, cross-functional environments
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Strong business understanding linking strategy, operations, and technology
Experience in transformation, change management, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
