• Lead hourly technicians and welders on booster subassemblies.
• Build and manage a new subassembly work center to raise launch rate.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.
• Develop and maintain production schedules with clear daily tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve build issues and optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in final assembly (aviation/aerospace) or related field.
• 2+ years leading a team or project.
• Experience welding (GTAW, FCAW, GMAW) and fabrication equipment knowledge.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T, and related documentation.
• Strong communication with production and engineering teams.
