Build Supervisor (Starship) - Night Shift

📋 Description

• Lead a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians building Starship and Super Heavy structures.
• Direct day-to-day shop floor activities, schedules, and workflow across multi-shift operations.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate design direction into production results.
• Mentor a team of ~30 technicians; manage performance and labor planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and conformance to specifications on the production floor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in final assembly production (aviation, aerospace, mechanical
• 2+ years leading a team or project.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication with Engineering and Production; adaptable to fast-paced environment.
