Building Automation Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support building automation and HVAC control systems for
• Diagnose control system issues with field devices, sensors, actuators, and VFDs.
• Analyze system operation to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with facility staff, subcontractors, and internal teams for project success.
• Perform routine maintenance, testing, and system validation to ensure reliability.
• Provide customer-facing support and documentation of work performed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with building automation, HVAC controls, or DDC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience servicing commercial HVAC control systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
