Building Custodian

📋 Description

• Maintain facilities in a clean, healthy, safe, sanitary, and orderly condition.
• Complete daily custodial and cleaning duties within schedules and deadlines.
• Perform janitorial tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and more.
• Clean employee accommodations and rooms during vacancy periods.
• Assist with kitchen operations: unloading and stocking food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor facilities for maintenance, custodial, or safety concerns and report issues to Site

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, safe handling practices, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds and wear required PPE.
• Physical ability and willingness to work in demanding conditions and Arctic weather at remote

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $25.60 to $32.00.
• Permanent, full-time with 6-weeks-on, 6-weeks-off rotation.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40 per week.
