🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of job-related experience, preferably in flooring, siding, or roofing
Detail-oriented; able to evaluate mathematical data and make decisions
Operate light industrial machinery and measuring devices (microscopes, calipers, vision systems
Ability to balance multiple tasks and solve problems effectively
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
