Building Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Customer Success and customers to deliver value and support renewals.
• Analyze commercial building systems to improve energy efficiency, performance, and finances.
• Model efficiency initiatives and translate to verified energy and cost savings.
• Support onboarding and integration of building data and improve data quality/tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance solutions and AI building tech.
• Act as a technical advisor translating HVAC/building concepts to actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in energy consulting, building performance, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC and building control systems (chillers, boilers, BMS).
• Strong quantitative/analytical capabilities to model energy initiatives and quantify impact.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and executives.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
