📋 Description

• Design and update training programs for new hires and staff.
• Create training materials, job aids, and intranet resources.
• Deliver training across products and functions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update curricula.
• Track training delivery and needs by team and individual.
• Coach team members; conduct 1:1 sessions with managers.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• BS/BA in biology or health science or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years related industry exp; 1 year in leadership/training preferred.
• 2+ years designing and delivering training programs.
