Lead on defining application and workflow requirements with clients and stakeholders
Write epics and user stories; translate requirements into improvement plans
Validate solutions meet client definitions of done
Refine backlog; participate in sprint planning and backlog prioritization
Coordinate with Project Management Office; assist training and SOP docs
Conduct onsite or virtual requirements workshops and demo end-to-end solutions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
5+ years as a business analyst or similar in requirements and process flows
2+ years with Healthcare, US Federal, or Military end clients
Experience in consulting, software development, client-facing implementations
