Analyze customers’ business processes and operations at all project stages
Analyze and document legacy systems and existing functionality
Elicit customers' needs through stakeholder interviews and workshops, and propose solutions
Develop functional and non-functional requirements for software products
Create specifications: Functional Specs, User Stories, SRS, Solution Design
Clarify requirements for design, development, QA and support teams

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in BA/Functional/System Analyst or similar in software projects
Hands-on brokerage/financial trading experience
Experience analyzing legacy systems and documenting business processes
Experience writing functional specifications
SQL for data analysis
Oracle PL/SQL or APEX
