• Lead business analysis across BRCGS digital products, translating needs into clear requirements and
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and align solutions with business strategy and
• Support product delivery from discovery to release, including testing and sprint planning.
• Use data and insights to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
• Explore AI-enabled opportunities, assessing risks and benefits.
• Coach and mentor Business Analysts to promote best practices and capability building.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital products.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban) and user story development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining KPIs, success measures and product outcomes.
• Ability to coach or mentor others and share best practices.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with data-driven decision support.
