📋 Description

• Manage and improve internal daily processes to execute financial operations, with a focus on
• Provide internal stakeholders with insights into key financial and operational processes to
• Use data analysis to solve business problems; draw conclusions and recommendations for optimization
• Manage project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring ops teams are prepared to support growth
• Partner with technical teams to design and automate processes with controls and monitoring.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years work experience with setting-up complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into business solutions
• Experience with process improvement, optimization and/or automation is a plus
• Experience in an operations role where you’ve helped to manage a money flow is a plus
• Ability to interface and cooperate with a global team
• Ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
